i play 7stud for a time but i find to much bad beat i want to know if somebody had a book o something to read for learning about this game because in this game you can win to much in one hand and loose much less

i play in pacific poker and this soft is good for this game but ipoker and stars is a trash to play 7stud

I suggest doyle brunsons super system is a good place to start as it has sections on all the main poker games

also skylansky is a good writer but his style isnt the easiest to read to start of with

Stud hi/lo8b is my favorite, though my casino (the Cherokee, In Tulsa, OK) only has a reagular Stud table. It's a 1-5 spread limit, only $20 min buy-in, with players so tight they won't call a $3 raise. The table seems to be designed for the VFW crowd.

I have never been able to win at 7 card stud. I don't know why, I just always seem to call when i should fold and fold when i would have won the hand.
