for stud playing i think i need advices
what is the best hand to start in stud H and in stud H/L?
would be smart of u to tell me coz that's the game where I m the weakest

Thinking about it, I answer both

7card Trips~PPhidden+1 the same the bigger the better but dont fold low trips:
Most 7card pots are won with 2 pairs but do not take that as read on a net poker site.....

5 card big pair...some games live dont let you start the betting without JJ or above in you hand the same as draw why I have no idea takes for ever to play anything....

Best aviod 5 card on the net its boring and ppl a lot better than me sit there for hours playing it, theres NO wages in it

7 Card is my Fav game, I have made a lot of money at it, its more an "ENGLISH" game, lots of action,,,if you are going to play it, play limit, avoid (If you can find a no limit game) No Limit like the BlackDeath its a Brutal Game and you need around 10K in your back pocket for a 100X buy in...

O and BTW I would avoid Hi/Lo as well if your thinking of making money.....

Play it for fun if you must but dont invest in it unless your names CHAN

Starting with a pr or 3 to a str8 or a flush is good in hi. And really you want to mainly play good strong high cards. In hi lo, the main goal is to have a hand that could scoop the pot (win both hi and lo), so lower str8 or flush cards are good.
