Definetly, the only way you can get good at anything is to practise lots and play more, I'm not sure if this is a good strategy or not but I try to stay away from any hand that i'll be forced to draw more than 1-2 cards. if i have a mid to high card of a suit that i need i don't muck it but wait to see if one of the ones i draw can replace it. That way your opponent will still think you are only one or maybe two cards away from a badugi. Another point is don't forget to pay close attention to how many cards your opponents are drawing, they might bet huge, but if they keep drawing 3-4 cards the are just a loose donkey. And ffs please watch to see if someone is a sitter, with so many people not understanding the game there tends to be alot of sitters in the carbon freeroll, I hate it when i fold to the one other player just to see them fold it to a sitter. Anyways good luck and if you see me at your table and I bet then just fold, please.

I hate Badugi. I get so close to making the wheel A 2 3 4 and then I am always one card away it seems like and I always lose at that game.

Even though I am terrible at it I still play the fr's as much as possibe. I understand how to play it but this a razz I finally get the big hands I was asking for in nlhe.. They don't help there but it's still funny when I catch quads or a straight flush and have to fold them lol. It's a fun game and I'll keep playing it but don't think I could ever bring myself to buy in to a badugi game.

Badugi is such a challenging and fun game! Trying to get 4 different low cards of 4 different suits.... It makes razz look tame in comparison!

Badugi was just recently introduced on Stars in play money format. Soon it will be in real money format! Hooray!

A few hours ago I placed 2nd in a Badugi tourney with 1,100 entrants. Yay ME !!!
