I am new to this site and am looking forward to the poker & gambling discussions. I have been playing at http://www.oceanbreezepoker.com mainly. Its a newer Casino, Sportsbook & Poker site that offers pretty much the same as everyone else. The only difference is that I have not had any of my games or tournaments suddenly ended due to server updates lol.
I am sure some of you know what I mean.
Anyways hoping to chat further.

No Sir,
I am not affiliated with this site at all other than the fact I play there. Unfortunately what I stated in my post is true I have lost several hundered dollars on sites that seem to have these mysterious server shutdowns during poker tournaments. But I am sorry if I was out of line with my post.

no worries - just checking as sometimes site managers sign up and it's easier to know than to guess

I'm no techie but seems weird you get alot of probs - what system / setup etc are you using

I get the odd very occasional problem but I wouldnt say I really have any major issues with disconnections from any of the sites I've played

anyone techie on the list ?

I have had problems at more than one poker site with having been logged off while I was in a tournament or during a multiplayer poker game for server updates. If you notice a lot of these sites will update at noon EST or (4-5PM GMT) I guess this is just before some finish work for the day. Others are smart enough to update at 12AM EST (4AM GMT). A good example was being in the final 12 players of a 25000.00 tournament and getting the boot for an update.
