Is there any site you can get people to sponsor you?

I was wondering if there was a site maybe,where people get to see you play and your win averages etc and stats, and maybe they stake you in for say a tourney,and they get 50% of winnings or soemthing?

I don't know of a site exactly that does this, but I know a few friends that have staked other friends in tournies.

Get real. This isn't fantasy here. Why would anyone want to back some loser. If your game is good enough you wouldn't need a backer. Just have patience and with hope. luck, skill and maybe a little backing from Above and you won't need a sponsor.
If there was someone willing to back us wannabees, I doubt if he would waste his time reading our game transcripts to see if we are truly worthy. Maybe you can find a relative or friend. Maybe you can rob a 7-11 or a bank or something.

yeah thats true, the idea was good but i suppose you will get tonnes of real bad players thinking theya re just unlucky and need a sponsor

found a few - look like a bit of a pian though probably easier just to do freerolls
