account frozen after lapt sat win?

so my account has been frozen to do an investagation cause my wife has an account in my name also that she hasnt used in like 2 years but mine is acitve this all happen after i won the lapt sat. how long does it take to get reinstated and will it ever get reinstated and what about my lapt win?

Naming the site you're refering to would be a help

One bit of advice I can give is Email any site that both you and your wife wish to have accounts on and ask permission to both have accounts. Do this before both of you download.

I never download a site without getting my other half to email them 1st if he already has an account with them.

Only 2 sites in 4 years have said 'no - she can't have her own account' and that was Bodog and Pokertime.

Go to Pstars and read the rules, you can only have one account. As i understand your OP, your wife has an account in your name as well as you ??? That my friend is enough to freeze and possibly close your account and keep any BR you have accumulated. Hope this has helped you. Good luck

This may seems hard, but I can not believe you did not read the sign up rules.

Every day at a poker site you get people who would like to play, but they would like to play under there rules.

Well open a site of your own then, it's quite easy with programme's like PTH ( black Label) and Annie jukes thing ( cant remember what it is call off hand)

Some times it gets a wee bit tiresome when players wish to "shoot some angle" or use some 3 party softwear, or come up with some new way to "Bend the rules.

If players put the time in to just play poker and learn the trade, instead of trying to take sort cuts, they would be far better and a lot more profitable players.

If I was you I would from now on concentrate on poker and keep things simple, and try to stop being some sort of arse hole!

It dont matter if you played at the same time or not, bottom line is that there is two accounts using the same IP address. Dont see any way you can talk your way out of this one. Its just a matter of time before FTP gets to yours.
You really need to read the sites rules.

BTW. How many other sites do you have multiple accounts with.

Umm, in one part you said the freeze account was in pokerstars, and was your account, and 1 post later now is in Fulltilt and is your wife only.

So which one it is?.

At the end we cant do nothing, is better if make all your question to the assistant support of the site.

But it looks like more and more players dont read the rules or dont care about it, until they have issues.

they can freeze at any point they want,of course they wont freeze unless you win something.they will let you keep losing lol.one other point while i'm here,these independant auditors of the sites,do they check the sites every week every day or once a year? and if they are independant who pays them? surely not the site else wouldn't they not be working for the site? just a thought, cheers,one paragraph tiler!!
