    Default Cash game

I play mainly MTT and STT, I would like to play 6 max NL but I don't know where to start.

There is no literature on this matter and the info I found on-line is very scattered.
I mean concepts as light-preflop betting, min-raising the turn as a value bluff, etc. are of no use when you have to start from scratch.

Harrington was very useful, cause you gradually learn more about the game following a logic pattern, beginner-intermediate-endgame.

I know he has written 2 books on cash too but they only cover full ring.

At 6 player tables one can play a bit looser than at 10 player tables.

For some reason, MTT games seem to take longer with 6 player tables.

I play TAG in ring games and prefer 10 seat tables (9 is max at some rooms) to maximize the number of hands I see for the money...as I am fold, fold, folding.

I agree, 9 or 10 seated tables work better in ring games... Although in 6 handed you can get away with being a little more aggressive because it seems most people play tighter...
