I see the new version is $90 with discounts if you have an old version. Still costing me about $70 so is it worth it? Anyone tried the opposition?

I tried both, and ended up buyin PT3. HEM is nice, but the GUI in PT3 is much, much easier to use IMHO. HEM might be better though, but I couldnt get it to work properly and I'm pretty CPU saavy...........

i agree with the ease of use of PT3 - i use it myself lol (hypocrtie i know), but as a member of Deuces Cracked, i have seen them use HEM and all of its benefits for a serious poker players. The software has tons of better features imo.

Just a shame Boss media had such werid hand history files that HEM cant import or i would be back on it in a instant

Yes - if you play a certain type of poker. I play cash games, which means to maximise profit and rakeback i want to play anywhere between 4-8 tables, which can ward off the short term volitility of holdem. WHen playing this amount of tables it is highly profitable to know how your opponents are playing as you will not have time to remember even half the hands you play against everyone
