    Default Officially Burned Out

I am so burned out with OL poker that i cant even see straight.

I still enjoy playing cash (ring) games, but bad play during (non forum) s&g/mtt from the bingo players has burned me out beyond recognition, im giving up.

    Thumbs up Ya Never Know...

I know how you feel derringer. But, don't give up. When you least expect it, things could pick up for you. For example, last month was horrible for me too. No matter what cards I played, how I played them or who I played with, I couldn't seem to do anything and lost about half of my bankroll at Carbon. Then, a couple of days ago, it seemed I couldn't lose and I ended up winning back everything I lost and then some on 2, $5 SnG's and a $2 Bounty MTT. It was crazy! and very fun! lol... so, ya never know when your luck will change...don't give up!

Of course we all know how you feel I guess, since we all Poker Players.

But I think you should keep in mind that you actually should be happy about the bingo players, because that's where the money comes from longterm.

Do a break for a few days or even weeks if you need it and come back with a fresh mind again.

That would be my piece of advice.

when i get to that point i usually take a 2 or 3 day break then when i start playing again my head is much clearer and i generally play better.

Take a break for a week or two to clear your head - then come back better than ever.

I have found myself in that position a few times. It starts to kill your bankroll and your attitude changes towards the game itself. The last time it happened to me I downloaded that rummy site and played for free for awhile. After a week of that I could not wait to get back to poker and start fresh. A break from anything is good, isnt that why god created work so men could get a break from the women?

I want to thank you all for your suggestions

Im using xxmommaxx post for my quote as it is all your posts rapped into one.

I'm going to strictly stick to playing cash (ring) games from now on as it's geared more to my playing style.

I will continue to play in the 4king forum team MTT tourney's because you all understand the true game of poker and make it fun, at least when i get a$$ kicked (LOL) it's because i got out played by someone better than me (which is most of you) and not by a public s&g/mtt player that go for broke no matter what rag hand they may have.

    Thanks again

    See you all on Sunday
