cake gold chip satellites

tonight i figured i would use some gold chips and try out one of their satellites, top 20 players get in the $1,500 omaha tourny. i buy in and there are only 20 regged when it started, was figuring there would be like 100 minimum by end of registration. tourny dealt 1 hand and gave everyone a ticket. was this a glitch or does it work like this all the time.

I still shaking my head at how those gold chip tourneys work, but I don't remember getting a chip just after the tournament started.

ive gt some gold cards but unfortunately when im eligible to play them they tend to start at 1am onwards EEK

it was the $1,500 guaranteed omaha with rebuys. i played it the other day, outlasted 2/3's of the field but no itm finish. play was pretty weak, people felt the need to limp and call raises with any pair even after the rebuy and addon period was over. if you can put together a stack early i think a final table would be very attainable due to the lack of experience from most of the field.

I played a 5 gold chip satelite for the 125k teed tourney and managed to win a seat in the "big one"
