well, lol, I think you have a gambling problem. in your posts u talk of thousands of dollars, gonna play the wsop, looking for a big casinio tournament, loosing your brankroll, wondering if 3,000 for a training course is to much, to now wanting to stake a player and take 75% of the winnings. lol

If you have lost a "bundle" then walk away. Poker and gambling do not seem to be for you. Or take a deep breath, realize that you MUST have a Bank Roll Management (BRM) program to follow religiously.

If you wanna learn poker and good BRM and grow as a player, then settle down. how bout u deposit $50 at the sites 4K plays at, and join our weekly games there, and start learning some poker, and slowly advancing. In time, you might become a decent player that could make good big $$$ at poker.

If you just wanna throw money at it and gamble, I suggest you give it up and walk away

As usual Mo, your advice is awful. Black only pays 2-1, you have to put iit on 00.

Well said! I agree with you 100 percent. I do good playing live. But there is no where a casino next to me. Love playing poker! I don't think I will stop ! But this online poker and BR managment is not easy for me! But when you are in my situtation nothing I can do. I make money doing legal slot machines, so I seen gamblers, I am addicted to poker! But no matter what I do or how good I try to play online, I lose it, maybe I am not giving enough time.

I am not rich, but thanks to god, I have a set income and I have a weekly limit of $$ that I can spend playing poker! But I just can't win online! Every tourments I have played in last 3 years, I have came to a final table! Probably about 12 tournments, out of 3 years . I only start playing online last year.

And for somereason I like this forum. And I was just looking for help!

Now like villa said, I will join sites where 4king plays and try again! I do want to get better, maybe I will take classes from maven.

I had try to walk from online poker! But love of playing poker keep bringing me back. So from today I am going to try to play small and smart.

    Thanks guys

It seems like you're not looking for improving your play but to find a way to spend some $$ to me.
I guess OL poker rooms need players like you, but i don't really get it. Anyway, if you're looking for someone to sponsored, i think you can find some dedicated poker forums that runs this, i may know few of them, but don't take part in it.
We, at 4kp (but i might be wrong), are mostly playing poker to increase our skills and learn about the game itself. We're not much talking about $$ we won or spent cause this is not our goals, only the way.
Don't know how your monthly BR is deep, but you'd better to stick to BRM, which is the same for micros to high stakes poker. 50 buy-ins for MTTs or Sngs, if that what you're playing mostly. So that if you can put say $1100 as your monthly BR, then you'll have to play 1100/50 $ BI tournaments, including fees, giving you 50 entrances to $22 MTTs.
Good luck and keep on improving your knowledge of poker, BRM is part of this knowledge as well as knowing your M or tracking tells in your opponents behaviours.

LMFAO. Good call madjek. Dude... take a break read some literature or take up chess. It is stressful so get some fresh air. I wish you nothing, but good luck... but that might encourage you to spend more money so idk if that's a good idea. Money can't buy you happiness. Don't feel compelled by our society to need to spend to be in control of your life.

I,m curious as to what kind of Poker you were playing ? The fastest way to lose is at the Cash Ring Tables. How much we talking here ? What levels were you playing at ?? $2-4$ tables or what. ? I would suggest buying into tournaments with guaranteed pay-outs or just tournaments in general. At least tournaments last a longer time where Ring tables are Crack cocaine for Poker Addicts. Not sure Addicts can play effectively.

Ok I have some friends trying to learn and although they make decent money they are more interested in learning the game than "spending money".

First, I would make modest deposits on the account 4King plays at (maybe $50 each?) and then play the league games. That would be 4 games a week, with good players, and decent field sizes but nothing huge.

Second, I would deposit another $50 at carbon and play the 7 days of first depositer freerolls you get there. Field size approx. 300 with decent prizes for final table.

That would be $250 in investment.

Then as others have said, practice strict bankroll management. If you are trying to keep BR simple, I use no more than 2% of bankroll in an MTT and no more than 5% in a single table SNG.

So with $50 you would be limited to $1 buy-ins for MTT (our leagues work well) and $2.50 for single table sit and goes.

Finally, I would limit your self to no more than two games a night and if you still have the poker itch, use other time in that evening to study the games and hands you played. And in order to do that, I would invest $100 or so in a good hand history tracker and analytical program (personally I like PokerTracker 3 BUT it does not work with Carbon [merge sites]).

Final piece of advice is determine if you want to be gambling and enjoy the thrill of the game and then if so, plan to lose more than you win or switch to 3-card poker or something with "big hits". Otherwise, approach "the game" as more than a game and study it and learn it and manager your BR. It will pay dividends. And finally, do claim you want to do the latter, not put in the time, and have all your play habits be the former.

    Best of luck!

Thanks guys! From last night I decide to make huge changes. First I deposit $100 on three sites. Ub,pokerstars and tilt. I only played .25/50 ring game. Made 12.75 on fulltilt. Lost .90 cents on pokerstars. Played one $2 tournment on pokerstars . So I am taking villas advice and try to play small. I tell u this, it was very hard to play small cash games! And I felt great today b/c I didn't lost my BR. And I am sticking with this plan. I will updated my BR in a week . Again thanks a lot guys.
