Folks, anyone played or know of a 3D Poker Client for the Prima Network?

I think the site your thinking of is pokerwise (you better not be affiliate or promoter looking for a cheap plug BTW)

It's early days to see how it does - but IMHO the best 3D poker site out there has got to be PKR 3D poker - check out our reviews and bonus

the feedback I've had from players there has been very positive and PKR is definately the market leader at the moment

ok.. thks scrawnybob.. found Pokerwize.com, thks for that.. seems pretty much comparable with PKR, the only issue I've with PKR is that it doesn't belong to any poker ring, although it is growing it's own customer base. Pokerwize having access to the Microgaming Prima Network claim they have 10,000 players online at any one time. Not sure about that claim... any other options for 3D clients?

I think pokerwise is interesting because of the network volume - basically in theory all of prima network but PKR is definately doing amazingly well from a zero base a while back

pokerwise should have a massive advantage having the existing 2D base to start from - but I think PKR has it on the marketing front

there are a couple of other 3D sites but I wouldnt rate them really

PKR is definately the standard bearer for 3D poker at the moment. I think as time and technology moves on more and more sites will become 3D in an attempt to make online poker as close to live poker as they can!!

There is of course a trade off between performance and flashy graphics, PKR requires more resources compared to Pokerwize.. that can't be helped, the flashier the graphics the more cpu/memory/gpu required... Pokerwize offers the mid ground of 3D but prove performance of other 2D clients. Can PKR multi-table yet, Pokerwize can.... not putting PKR down it's very good. The other issue with PKR which is becoming less and less of an issue, is that it's a closed network.. I understand they now have 100k+ members... Pokerwize however is on the Prima Network with access to 10k+ live at any one time...

I've tried just about all of them and PKR definetly has the upper hand. I thing they'll have to upgrade their network soon because its slowly becoming unstable because of the demand. I hate 3D poker. Its so dam busy with all sorts of crap floating around. Besides the fact I can't win anythig there I usually end up with PC problems.

you havent broken any rules by discussing the differences between PKR 3D Poker and pokerwise

other than the one you are perfectly aware of which is basically discussing it in order to put up links to you promos / sites which promote pokerwise ;-)

I know this is all a big game to other poker affiliates - seeing if they can sneaking in links etc to "credible posts" etc on everyone elses forums - its a cheap way to affiliate - that cheap as in free and cheap as in cheap

btw PKR.com now has multitable functionality

Pokerwise has not so much promos and bonusses like Pkr.
Pkr has a lot of freerolls every day. Try it out!
