Does the Cake network still take new USA players? There are some new Cake network sites, such as Jetbull, BetaLand, BroadwayTables, GutsPoker and Poker4Green, but it doesn't seem possible for a USA player to create an account.

Anyway if you find any new Cake network sites taking USA players please give us a link (and email us) so we can create new accounts tracked to 4KingPoker :-)
