    I'm really enjoying the play money games in pokerstars and believe I am ready to move on to the cash game. The only thing I was wondering is whether or not I could get in trouble/money seized for doing so. I know online gambling is in the process of being legalized in my home province (Ontario) and is hence not quite legal yet. However, I've heard that doesn't apply to players playing on a foreign owned site, only institutions themselves. Is this true? Have any Canadian players that you know of been arrested or fined for playing poker online?

    The only place Canadians couldn't play on was Bodog
    pretty sure we can now    , only reason before was the owner was Canadian and didn't want to deal with the politics
