If anyone have a better story than this, i will give you my entire bank roll... I SHIT YOU NOT... bare with me, a bit long, but worth it.


1. Made my first Deposit with Full Tilt Poker, $600 with my VISA.

2. I play a few Sit N Go games (50+5), then check to see what cashout options they have available. To my surprise, i am UNABLE to see my Visa Card Cashout Option. Kinda strange because usually I never have any problem with this card, i can always cashout and deposit with the same card with Pokerstars and Partypoker. I just want to make a note that I only like to play at poker sites where I am able to cashout back to my visa, like i said earlier... i never had any problems with the same card at stars and partypoker, therefore i decided to cash out everything since i am unable to cashout to my visa. I have no interest in playing at Full Tilt anymore.

3. Emailed support, and they told me




4. Fair enough, they told me my card doesn't offer CFT, therefore I am unable to cashout with Visa. No problem, I decided to find another method. Maybe moneybooker seems ideal.

* If you want to withdrawal to a certain processor, you must first need to make an initial deposit with that processor, otherwise the option won't show up in your withdrawal. So i decided to make a deposit for $10 to my moneybookers.





5. Log in, check the withdrawal feature.. now I see the options to withdrawal to moneybookers. I decided to cashout $600 (my entire bank roll).


My Request WAS DENIED and my account is DEACTIVATED.





6. Ok, fair enough... maybe i need to verify my account so they know it's me, i sent EVERYTHING they ask for.

*Drivers License
*Visa Card Front and Back
*Proof of address (below 60 days)
*Bank Statement with proof of $600 deposit transation

after a few days...




7. Now that my account is back online, everything should be good now. Try to make another withdrawal with moneybooker once again ($600) and once again. DECLINE.


8. Emailed support and ask them what's the problem? I have verify everything.



So now they are telling me i'm using full tilt poker as a means to transfer funds without any interest of playing..and if i "want to withdraw my funds, they would have to be withdraw to my visa." WELL HELLO???? IF YOU PROVIDE ME THE OPTION TO CASHOUT TO MY VISA THEN WE WOULDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEM.



AS YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE HERE, I HAVE NO OPTION TO CASHOUT BACK TO MY VISA



You would think they would at least edit their message before they cut and paste what they want to send, because i don't know why he's start talking about "EPASSPORTE"


Not to mention, i have played about 10 games of 50+5 Sit N Go as of now.


8. I send them an email regarding my situation, and told them about not being able to withdrawal back the same way i deposit because they do not provide that option for me in the withdrawal feature, and the only reason why im using moneybooker is because they don't provide me the option to withdrawal back to my visa.

Made another withdrawal attempt..maybe a smaller amount this time, $250, maybe it might work this time, FAILED AGAIN LOL




9. Send them another email... asking them what's the problem this time... and their response.




Made one more last attempt to withdrawal, DECLINE.. and their response.





I'm getting the same shit email over and over and over again.. nobody seems to know what's going on. As you can see by now, anyone would be getting frustrated over this matter. I'm so fed up with this bullshit, but WAIT... ITS NOT OVER YET.


10. So i decide to give up on moneybookers... let's try to cash out a check (my only option)

DECLINED



Send them another email... asking them what's the problem this time... and their response.





So once again... VISA = NO GOOD, MONEYBOOKERS = NO GOOD, CHECK = NO GOOD

...BUT WAIT.. IT'S NOT OVER YET LOL...


Player to Player Transfer? maybe i can just transfer my funds to another account for another poker site's money... so i decide to give that a try and request a trade for some funds for FT and Stars. Decide to do a small trade first, because i don't know whether the recipient is truthworthy.

Sick story.

Does anyone else find it odd that so many small sites have online chat and FTP doesn't? Getting in the email loop is just so frustrating when it seems they just have canned responses and don't really look into the problems.

Hey man, why did you decide to w/d 4 days after you deposited ? That's the thing I don't really get, the rest i'm used to lol. Tilt is known to handle this things very badly. I recommend you to play some cash, 1/2c whatever and wait another week. You will get your money, don't worry. If they decline your next w/d too, give me a PM!

oh, and fwiw I used to use tilt exactly for what they say. I use to w/d with moneybookers from another site, deposit to tilt and then w/d to visa after 2-3 days. And it always worked. Maybe they have a problem with your new account. Is it new?

uhmmm no . I think it would be impossible for stars and tilt to have a live chat for obvious reasons. But I'm going to give you a teaser and tell you they DO have a live chat which they use whenever they feel like it lol

Now Neteller isnt an option to either deposit or withdraw
Just keep getting sent round in circles when you contact support

I don't think there is any way anyone can top that story - so your bankroll is safe. It is crazy that if you deposit cash with one method you can't withdraw back using the same method. I hope you get your money back soon.

short answer is make a min deposit via moneybookers and then withdrawl that way

I've cashed out plenty on lots of sites and its not as some suggest some sort of conspiracy to kepe your money (they payout 100,000's each month to the top winning players) - so dont slag the big or the established sites

this is fairly common - all the sites I know have had similar rules for 5-6 yrs and they will all be tightening up on it now with money laundering regulations to try and comply with and also wanting to get into the legit US market when it happens

admittedly the US is trickier with payment processor problems but this is simple ...

they say they can only cashout on same method and the visa method seems in this case to now be only good on the way in

Ive had exactly the same issue with lots of sites where I maybe make a min deposit on a card a long time ago and then when it comes to cashing out a decent amount I dont want to do it back via card I want it neteller ... its no good moaning ... I just make another min deposit via neteller (or whatever way you want) and then you can withdraw that way

this is NOT about them wanting to keep yoru money its about them wanting to make sure they pay "your" money out to "you" and not someone who might be you

think about it the other way ... if sites were a lax as people think they want them to be they could easily payout your money to someone who isnt you

I fully appreciate the customer service the OP's got hasnt been that helpful but I guess they can only say "you need to have deposited the same way to withdraw that way" so many times

although it would have been really helpful if they had twigged earlier that you have not got the option to withdraw via visa on the cashier ... it might have been worth sending them a screenshot

anyway thats my simple solution / suggestion - let us know how you get on

I think you may have missed it Bob but the OP did make a small deposit via moneybookers and they still won't let him withdraw either one so i suggest maybe calling the phone center and maybe if 1 person actually listens to your whole story they could fix the situation rather then playing e-mail tag, nah mean

yes good point I'd missed that OP had made additional min deposit to moneybookers - afaiks and for me and everyone else I know that has worked

also for the sake of throwing away $2 I have succesfully managed to transfer $1 to each of those accounts mentioned so doesnt seem to be anything wrong there - if you hadnt filled out your address details etc in the cashier then this stops receiving and sending of player transfers

normally a single first post like this just rings alarm bells (it still probably does) but it also has my curiousity

IMHO fulltilt and the other decent big sites DONT stiff people and dont hold out for no good reason I've looked into these things for members before only to find out there is far far far more to something presented as simple issue and turns out to be far more to it

Im not saying this is neccessarily the case but it seems most odd that 1st post and this problem - I think maybe they have you / the account marked down as possible money laundering issue and that is why your stuggling to withdraw so soon after setting up the account

I would try to keep intouch with the same member of support via email and work it out - they are NOT going to withold funds if you can keep a cool head and work it out with them
