I placed again on bodog! I went deep in the $1k Gtd. (6-handed). Prize was $107. Not quite as good as the last, but I'll take it. Buy in was $11.00 + $1.00. Here is the screen shot... Peace all and wish me continued good luck if you would please...

Yeah, that was then. Now I have been card dead, and getting sucked out, for 4 days. Here is a hand that I got sucked out on... I have so many of these happen to me. It is just frustrating that so many people get so lucky against me. I am not scared to play. I thought I had the guy, and I did. He just makes a stupid semi-bluff, and sucks me out. He lost his ass after this. Hand after hand of chases and calls to fold the flop.

Now, how does this guy call a preflop raise with Q-6s, OOP? Then, he checks the flop, and raises my bet all in. I call (obviously, I had him covered), he turns a 6. Rewarded for a bad play. He was way behind, and should have lost (according to probability anyways). That's poker, right? He only made it about another 20 minutes, and he was out. He was a terrible player. Maybe he was tilted, or just not very educated in poker. But, he luckboxed on me before he got taken out. That was the turning point of my tourney... I went card dead after that, and I didn't make the pay (close, but no cigar). Peace.
Nice showing!! I started playing those guaranteed tourneys awhile back and my best 2 finishes in quite a while were in guaranteed 1K and 3K tourneys so they are becoming my MTT of choice to play in!! Again wtg!!Ace
Hey Bean i been trying my hand at the ring games at Power Poker because i am usually an MTT guy, i am down like $60 there but man the difference between the two styles is much bigger then i figured, i can't believe what some of these people call with then hit the shit, like almost every time, and the few times i braved the chase i get shut out, not fair i tell you, lol. But i guess after 1 1/2 weeks of trying the .25 / .50 ring games to only be down $60 isn't the worst, could be much better but .....![]()
