Default This is what keeps happening...

Hello all. A little bit frustrated here. Ever since my last tourney cash, this has been how all my tourneys have ended. I am getting my money in good, but to no avail. I just about have to flop quads for it to even hold up. I have been getting sucked out left and right, in SNG's, and tourneys (I stopped playing cash). Here is the latest example: 200 pts. $300 tourney...

    Bodog - |<> NL - Holdem - 9 players
    Hand converted by PokerTracker 3:
    BB: 1,415.00
    UTG: 1,465.00
    UTG+1: 1,697.50
    MP: 4,290.00
    MP+1: 3,780.00
    LP: 435.00
    CO: 2,430.00
    Hero (BTN): 1,185.00
    SB: 1,300.00
SB posts SB 20.00, BB posts BB 40.00
Pre Flop: (60.00) Hero has Kd Kc
fold, UTG+1 calls 40.00, MP calls 40.00, fold, fold, CO calls 40.00, Hero raises to 240.00, fold, BB calls 200.00, fold, MP calls 200.00, CO calls 200.00
    Flop: (1020.00, 4 players) 6s Jh 8h
BB checks, MP bets 1,000.00, fold, Hero calls 945.00 and is all-in, BB raises to 1,175.00 and is all-in, MP calls 175.00
    Turn: (4315.00, 3 players) 2s
    River: (4315.00, 3 players) Ac
BB shows Ah Jc (Two Pair, Aces and Jacks) (PreFlop 24%, Flop 25%, Turn 12%)
MP shows 7c 8c (One Pair, Eights) (PreFlop 21%, Flop 22%, Turn 12%)
Hero shows Kd Kc (One Pair, Kings) (PreFlop 55%, Flop 53%, Turn 76%)
    BB wins 3,855.00
    BB wins 460.00

Notice how the guy who leads out has the worst hand preflop, flop, turn, and river? I was sitting there folding for 30 minutes, and he just leads out to put me all in with that garbage hand. He didn't peg me for having ANYTHING here? At least he didn't win... I already had him pegged as a bull-shitter anyways... I wasn't worried about him. Notice A-Jo check/raises all in here? Why check? Why not just lead out? I raised my standard 3x + 1BB for every limper. Can't blame A-J for calling here, but 7-8o???? I don't think that was a smart play. He lost a bunch of chips as a result. As far as the A-J, I probably would have called preflop. I would have led out on flop though (good grief when I play against any of you, there won't be much you don't know). But preflop, he was and underdog. Flop he had 5 outs (but if he turns a heart, opens up 9 more outs). He rivers one of 5 cards that can eliminate me. I have another post titled something like "makes me want to stop playing". There is another much worse suck out in that one. This is how things have been going for me for almost a week now. I am calm and collected now, but I was pretty mad when the Kings lost. It just seems as if there is no way for me to win a hand. Even the hands I fold would rarely be the winners. peace.

I think with such a big hand pre-flop and multiple callers before you,you should be betting bigger (pot size at least) you might have got the AJ to laydown but if not the hand plays itself
Its always better to celebrate the good days than brood over the bad days

While I agree with you a little, I think you are just not accounting for the players on bodog. I bet money if I would have pushed preflop, A-Jo calls. I made it 240 pre, and everyone was limping for 40. Also, I wanted to see the flop, cause if an ace comes, my kings are dead and I can minimize the loss. If I would have pushed, got the same result (A-J calling and winning), then people on this forum would say why didn't I just make it 5-10x BB pre. I have been losing for more than 5 days to suck outs, I am not feeling that confident lately. I don't mean any disrespect here. I appreciate your advice. But, with the kind of play I have seen lately on bodog, he would have called all in preflop with A-Jo. I always see people pushing and calling all-ins with A-J, or worse. It was a good flop for my hand. And I was a huge favorite to win, until river. No hand I ever get wins.... They all get outdrawn. If this continues much longer, I swear I will never play online poker EVER AGAIN. I am just about done with it now. We'll see if there is a turn-around. But these suck outs are really getting old. I have pushed with kings plenty of times. And the only callers I get primarily, have an ace, and usually get an ace, and beat my kings. If the flop had an ace, I would have just laid the kings down. Why couldn't that have happened? Then I would have been able to minimize the loss. Oh well...... Peace.

I hear you bean, K K hasn't won for me last couple days. Just got knocked out of bodog's pts fr with it. I was ss'd but early position with decent stack raised big, guy with A 9o calls, eventually wins with A on river. Also got knocked out night before on 500 dollar bodog fr with K K, called by A Qo, A on flop.

Well, I think I am out of that funk I was in now. I have placed in 3 tournies since this post (not big cashes, but good profits), and I have changed my game a little more yet. Sometimes those bad times just seem to last forever. Since joining this forum, I have went from a primary cash player, to someone who prefers MTT's now. I always thought I was a better cash player. Go figure..... There are alot of smart people on this forum, who have helped me become 5x the poker player in just under 2 months. Thanks fellow forum members... Peace.
