Since this is aimed at the poker sites I would say the end of Online poker.
Stars is still up, some americans are still playing but I don't know for how long or if my cashout will go through lol.

These sites face being tied up in legal action for years. That will open the door to other sites who have played by the rules in the US.

So look out for the likes of Party Poker re-entering the US market in the near future.

FullTilt is working for me in the US. Pokerstars isn't. Whenever I try to buy into a table, I get the message that cash games are not permitted in my area.

All that congress had to do was exempt poker from the UIGEA and all would have been well, but the greedy bastards needed to pander to the casinos, and the repubicans to their right-wing moralilsts (cough, cough).

FTP still up for US players, pokerstars won't let US players play for $ but still allows us to play for fpps and freerolls. AP still up too.

The websites are not working for some. Stars won't come up for me, but FTP still ok.
