AP/UB going Bankrupt?

Like some of you I saw an article that said both AP and UB were declaring bankruptcy.

Tough industry to "restructure" in and even if they do prevent from going bankrupt, that is a kick the can strategy when you think of how they have yet to address American's compared to FT or PS.

Then add on top of that AP/UB lingering trust issues from before Black Friday.

personally I think although the rumours were not substantiated I'm still 50/50 on whether AP / UB players from the US will get their funds

Clearly they are going about things with the DoJ differently to the other sites but the old issues with them just make me less trusting

DUNNO what their not folding, their just scamming. Been listening to quadjacks and any other podcast going (CAUSE LIKE IT OR NOT, THIS IS KIND OF HISTORIC THING AND EVEN THOUGH WE GOT FUNKED, WE ARE HERE IN THE NOW THAT PEOPLE WILL TALK ABOUT IN THE FUTURE)

OH yea subject at hand, heard UB are laying off their own workers with no pay, heard they have no intent to pay any players (because they dont even have that money), also heard the have duplicate server farm in antoher country from the one they are in now and can just declare bankruptcy screw everyone and move on and open their dupicate farm in another country under a new business name, I need to be a business, when things get bad just bankrupt myself and move on
