I recently entered the $1000 Freerole on Poker Time and came 113th. it said i had won $2, but when i go onto a real money table like a 0.05 - 0.10 blind table, it says i dont have any money. What has happened! I WANT MY MONEY!!

it is different for different sites - but some dont allow cashout of freeroll winnings until you've deposited and generate some rake for the room from your own cash

this doesnt seem to be the same thing - did the system say you'd won money and then it not get credited ?

I'd contact support via email or live online and give them as much detail of the tournament etc and see if they can help

Also it should show up on your account balance - but if you go into a cash game with less than the min requirement to site down and play it will tell you have insufficent funds to play -
is this what has happened ? check you actual account balance - I may be you just dont have enough to play certain games

this happens to me when I bomb out on a site and have a random $0.75 left and cant play it in any game
