It appears that epassporte is no longer funding poker rooms for US players.

Recieved the email from Cake poker. This action is not limited to US players alone and reads as if they are withdrawing alltogether from transfers to and from all poker sites. You US players really do need to start mass emailing your elected members or just keep peeing them off in general with phone calls mailings ect.

ePassporte payment processing closes to US players ...

indeed this is correct - and applied to all sites - not just Cake Poker

they (ePassporte) are based in US so it wasn't a total suprise that they have finally pulled out from the US market ...

It is important to note that they are NOT accepting any deposits etc to poker rooms but they ARE currently paying out ok to its customers - which is good and as it should be

so - so far no neteller style frozen money nonsense and it seems to be getting sorted out in an orderly manner ;-)

I dont think it will be long before some other payment etc options come up for the sites generally
