A few words for motivation, from all support I have deal with, PS is by far number one in professionalism and I trully don't believe it's some sort of scam.
And piss a lot of support teams, believe me.
Patient is a must indeed and it's sad that we're the ones who have to gather proof and material because of someone incompetence or electronic issue. But that's the way world goes, they have the money, we have to beg.

So, don't give up, really. Fight, you'll have a nice feeling of justice and victory in the end...

For a laugh, here's one from PokerStars support, it was kind of a test someone did to see how politely far would they go...

Subject: Quick Question

>Hey. I play as Mr.xxxxx on stars. I've had a question really burning at my mind.. First, in Deja Vu the movie with Denzel Washington. Is he alive in 2 places? That's really weird to me? If he was playing online poker in both places, would it be illegal? Thanks.
>

ANSWER FROM STARS

Hello,

Thank you for your email.

In the movie Deja Vu, Denzel Washington is essentially duplicated when he
travels back in time. Consequently, there are two, different, Denzel
Washingtons that are alive at one time - much like when you photocopy a
piece of paper, there are now two copies of that paper. Given that each
Mr Washington will have had different experiences and different memories,
they are not the same person.

Since the Mr Washingtons are different people, they would both be welcome
to play online poker at PokerStars. While providing appropriate
identification would be challenging, we would also ensure that they are
not able to sit at the same table to prevent any appearance of impropriety.

While, of course, we are not suggesting that Mr Washington would seek to
collude with Mr Washington, this is standard practice for all customers
who play online from the same household.

I trust that this has been helpful to you, but please feel free to contact
us again anytime if we can help you further.

Regards,

Michael J

Default perspective and percentages

hi all

before we end up in a similar situation to other posts - where everyone decided something is bad ... when they dont really know the full situation or decide a site isnt good etc

bear in mind - pokerstars is by far the biggest online poker site ... it is also by far the biggest in terms of real money players .... its also been in business a long time

so it's not a fly by night or untrustworthy outfit ...

but logically if its the biggest site online handling the biggest number of transactions inevitably even if they're problem ratio is low (I'm almost certain it will be much lower than average)

its going to look higher because they are big they are going to have an issue now and again even if that percentage is tiny.

just to put this is perspective - pokerstars is roughly twice the size of 2nd place full tilt and over 3 times the size of the 3rd largest network

let us know how this goes VenomSymbiote and also if you'd signed up via our links I can try to help you out if your not getting anywhere

cheers scrawnybob

Thumbs up GOOD POST By BOB

I have not had any feed back re any one else having this prob. What Bob says is good advice as usual and makes a lot of sense!!!

1 person I know has been banned rightly so from Poker Stars for being a "SMART ARSE" and trying to have 2 real money accounts, so I guess if you want to try and cheet the system, The SYTEM WILL bite you in the ass.

So untill the OP tells us more info I dont think its worrie for forum members.

GT.

Good Post BTW Bob

Just curious if there were any new updates to the situation. I don't play PokerStars, but have considered it and would like to know what has happened.

hey there, sorry about the delayed response, haven't had any free time lately. The situation did get resolved, it was basically just a mishap at my bank. It appears the Echeck did not go through, and the fact that the status said "cleared" about the Echeck was an error of some sort. Ah well, Pokerstars ended up having excellent customer service, and when I told them what happened, they even cleared my negative balance and gave me $10.00 of my near $50 back. So even though it was truly me who was at fault, PS at least listened to my story and gave me a good deal of consolation.
