The player that finally won hit a J in an allin hand against me with JJ and I was holding KK. When I lost this hand I knew that the tourney had his name (I was chip leader in this moment with great difference), but I'm happy with my play and with the money too.

Was in Doyle's Room

that's a nice freeroll. only 160 people. good money and they paid the top 50. wow.

Yep, you only need play in a buy-in tourney ($1) and you get the invitation to play the FR.

Great finish, dang you didn't take it down as it would have been more beautiful. Good winnings though to start building with. good luck there.

On a side note, I play at Doyles all the time and I have not recieved invite. Do the email it to you or do you just try and register?

I just went exploring on Doyle's Lobby and found the $1 three for one satalite. I am always a step behind it seems.

When you play the buyin tourney you receive the "coupon" for the FR.
If you try to register without playin one of the buyin the system don't allow you.

I play the $1 satalite last night and I went out 38th when 30 pay. I was playing well and had about average chip stack. I knew exactly where I was at at the table, had a read on everyone there. I had pocket 88 and floped a set, the pot was already large and there was a striaght draw on the board so I push. I get called and Villian has QJ so top pair Qs with a gut shot straight draw. Only cards that can beat me are Q or 9. 9 comes on the river.

I guess I should not have pushed but I hate playing to place, love to play to win.

Hurts when you are so close to cash, but I agree with you about to play to win.
I would do the same move if I would have been in your shoes.
