dont use bodog your money is not safe! my account was linked and wiped clean and Bodog just tells you as per your customer agreement your responsible!
Dont I repeat dont use them!!!!!
Scorpion66, could you explain in a little more detail what happened to your account at Bodog? What was linked? Did someone get your password?
No matter what happened, sorry to hear. Maybe it can be resolved.
Bodog has better Customer Service than most online poker sites.
Yes some more detail about what exactly happened would be helpful. Account security is important to us all. It seems strange someone got your password on a site that you have to fill in those details somewhere each and everytime you logon.
I do find it strange you didn't find the CS helpful. As LN says they stand above most online poker sites, my own experiences back this up.
And their cashout times are second only to a another top site with Neteller.
yep I have to say I have NEVER had a problem with funds going awol in ANY of my accounts including bodog - they're a very established site with good security
obviously if passwords arent kept safe at the user end its not really the problem of the poker site - same a bank account ... so really we need some more information as to what happened, why and also what feedback the site gave you
cheers scrawnybob

If this does happen for some reason what can you do to fix it? Has anyone had this kind of a problem and had it resolved or i guess more importantly not been able to get their money back? I've never heard of it but I can imagine this happens more than i think.

somehow a hacker accessed my Info, called bodog and added himself to my account. He called from an Iowa area code when I live in NJ they never bothered to follow up and he proceeds to wipe out my bankroll. He also hacked the ewallet then added more money in the account and lost that as well. Ive filed a police report, but from what Im being told its common and the chances of remedying it are slim. Bodogs only wants me to know that Im responsible as per the user agreement. Not much I can do at this point, the problem is they used the account and played out the bankroll. Had they tried to forward the money or extract it I would have a leg to stand on.
the same damn thing happened to me on bododg i had 190.00 in my account and the next day i wenrt on there it was gone and they said i had another account which i didnt
