Friends of poker, decided write a little about the satellites because I had good experience with this type of tournament, I am player that plays many sit and go's, so even noticed he had a lack of playing tournaments that I could generate higher prizes.
With that tried the following strategy to separate 10% of my daily profit to play satellites and achieve good placement and I saw this with my bankroll rising rapidly.
Sometimes with $ 1 can begin a search for a vacancy in WSOP, so the cost benefit is very interesting, taking into account what it can to generate $ 1.
Lí in CardPlayer and 78% of the big prizes distributed in poker are generated from satellite, or players who invest in these tournaments and manage their vacancies.
Another tip is to several rooms of poker, including minors, by seeking disclosure are more generous guaranteed seats and several major tournaments.

This is my tip for today.
A hug
Translation: my best shot..
What i think he's trying to say is that he has been successful recently and has devised his own theory of spearating 10% of his daily win and sidelining that so that he can buy into cheap entry or satellite into high value added tournaments. I don't know about figures but the opportunities value added tournaments provide as a beginner or novice are great. Think of our own games for instance, superb for those starting out in the game and wishing to build a bankroll.
The last part I guess he is trying to express that its sometimes the smaller less well known rooms that provide some of the best VAT's. Thats true in some respects to get the publicity, but you can't beat consistency from a large site either.
HTH.

Thank You that makes sense. I think he is correct in saying smaller sites may offer good low buyin satellites to help to get you to the bigger payout tourney's to get players to sign up to there site. Alex I Hope you succeed in your quest for the holy grail (WSOP)

I do not play satellites but I believe that it is very interesting to play them because if managed to classify the prizes also they are better.
Probably soon I will enter in satelítes.
Satellites... depends on what sites. Fulltilt has great satellites. The one's on Pokerstars I can't stand. Justs my opinion. (I'm never going to enter a tourney where one of 50 or 1 of 36 gets paid,... seems insane. On fulltilt there are many where for a $14+1 entry, 1 in 4 are winning a $55 ticket (to $15K or to 50-50 for example). Tons of other decent satellites on Fulltilt as well although I do prefer the one's that aren't turbo and there aren't nearly as many of them out there.
For a super donkish sng, try the $3 9-plyr. to Midnight Madness sng satellite, 1st & 2nd get the $11 buy-in, 3rd gets $5. If you can't run 50% ITM in them you just shouldn't be playing period. They're that easy and FULL of donks who normally play marginally higher buy-ins and are happy to donk off their chips to you with shoves on the flop which just don't make sense... look 'em up, take their chips,.... that game is a cinch.
GL!
