Default All is NOT lost at Full Tilt

    hi

I'm not sure if they will honour points etc on FTP but if you have a real money balance on Full Tilt IMHO you WILL get paid

the deal is going through with Tapie and part of that is the condition US players get paid their balances and that non US players will have their player accounts credited when things start up again

how soon that will be and what the (inevitable) withdrawal conditions there will be on the non US player accounts I dont know

    but all is NOT lost

    cheers SB

Yeah, I hope the DOJ will pay back the US FTP players 100 pct of the cashier balance, but what worries me is when they said something like we will pay back the US player's deposits instead of saying we will pay them their profits or what really is in their fulltilt cashier on April 15, 2011. I never made a deposit so I'm worried when I read things like this:

    4. The “understanding” that “DOJ will reimburse US players” could be a very economical truth; lawyers around town insist that DOJ may not see itself as responsible for paying out the entire player balance total, noting that the monies reflect not only player deposits but also winnings which may be looked differently.
