I doubt very much that they will do anything about this no matter how many times Bob complains to them about crashers to our games.

Their track record (IMO) speaks volumes on how inefficient, unaffected or just damm right couldn't give a 'f' they are about this issue.

Its the reason I refuse to deposit or play at the site anymore.

There only interest is number crunching and being at the top of any list promoted on any forum.

If they can't see their banner at the top of any 'Popular Poker Rooms' list on a forum they will not give the forum any games. If a forum doesn't get downloaders, again they will not give the forum any games (even when you're paying the prize yourself).

This is not just my opinion - its fact based on trying to work with them to get games set up.

Once you've begged them enough for games.. made sure their banner is the most prominent on the forum they will give you the games you've requested - untill the following month when the endless emails to them start all over again.

Why should any forum have to jump through hoops to constantly meet their demands when they do absolutely sod all to then deal with the crashers??

Edit - everytime I type the site name in it turns into a download link - this means I would be helping to promote the site.. which I won't do cos they are sh*t (IMO)(sorry Bob)

Tots is pretty much right on several points about Titan / ipoker

unfortunately they dont seem to have banning private game crashers as a priority

although I think most of the rest of their customer service side is ok to good IMHO

they do indeed like to be at the top of rankings (and that is regardless of tournaments - but tends to be something of a prerequisit for getting tournaments)

from my POV to justify site getting top slot - the site has to be a good starter site for a newbie with reasonably soft games, reasonable traffic and we HAVE to be offering a better than standard bonus ... which our Titan Poker bonus is

I've just last week negociated an even better offer for Titan signups so that they can be at the top of the "best bonus" ranking and also at the top of the featured sites on the homepage

We now have an increased 150% up to $500 bonus including $20 instant on 1st deposit + their new TitanCalc poker odds calculator which replaces the GameCalc

In fairness I've found pretty much ALL the sites after a while want this or that all the time and often thats with nothing additional in return for either me or more importantly the players - all the sites IMHO value being top of things too much as I'm 100% convinced that players and new signups will signup to the sites that most suit them based on the reviews and info reading several of our reviews - NOT being given the hard sell

Well. I know Titan won,t do anything about it. Used to play many games there when the US was allowed. I remember Titan wouldn,t do anything then except I played for a small forum and Titan would input an allow list for us which did work nicely. But it was a pain to enter the list to them before every game.
On the upside there were only 20 players since it was still a buy-in. If it were a free roll it would have maxxed out at 300 for sure. lol
