Default On a roll versus card dead

What a difference between two tournaments.

    On a roll (18 man - 2 table):

    You finished in 1st place.

139 hands played and saw flop:
    - 10 times out of 34 while in small blind (29%)
    - 17 times out of 36 while in big blind (47%)
    - 3 times out of 69 in other positions (4%)
    - a total of 30 times out of 139 (22%)

Pots won at showdown - 9 out of 10 (90%)
Pots won without showdown - 18

    Card dead (45 man - 5 table):

    You finished in 23rd place.

60 hands played and saw flop:
    - 3 times out of 8 while in small blind (38%)
    - 1 times out of 8 while in big blind (13%)
    - 4 times out of 44 in other positions (9%)
    - a total of 8 times out of 60 (13%)

Pots won at showdown - 0 out of 1 (0%)
Pots won without showdown - 4

Question I have questions for you...

Now that is a very stark comparison. Which site did you play these on? And were they played on the same day - one after the other?

There is a theorpy about regression to the mean. Which states that card dead and on a roll are normal.
