Hoje --> $50K at Carbon tonight

Hey gang.

I'll be playing into the $50K tonight at Carbon. I won a coupon few weeks ago and as i'm on holidays during the upcoming week i thought it was probably the right time to take a chance.
That's the first time i will enter such a high buy-in and hopefully, i'll be in a good mood and a good fit as it would last nearly 6 hours to reach the end.
Anyway, i will post some updates during the game, if i last long enough of course, and if by miracle, i ever win some $$, i will run a private game.
Hope that i'll come back with some good news later on tonight.

Why a miracle? Just play an overall solid game and you'll get there. Don't bluff because you won't find players that fold there. I would say very tight in the beginning and open up your game once Antes start but if this tournament has the same crappy structure that all merge games have, only God can help you lol.

Structure is 15mn blinds starting at 10/20 without rebuy/addon and with a 3000 starting chips stack, which would allow me to be patient, if i'm ever in the mood.

As said, i will try to update, if not too busy, or i will report the all tourney later on.

First break 164/304 remaining on a 372 players field.
Not much action for me only get involved in few hands. Got my King Kong cracked facing a trip sixers for a lost of almost 500, saying i had 2500 left. Couple of hands later i was back even to 3000, starting chip stack. I'm now 3120 chips with blinds up to 75/150.
I stupidly fold J7 os in BB to a pre flop raise with a flop 7J7...

2nd Break.
112/150.
Card dead during all 4 levels, and finally grab AJos UTG with only 2000 left.
Pushed AI got one caller and caught a J on flop to win the hand.
Medium chip stack is almost 7500, and i'm already 4400, which doesn't allow much moves with blind 300/150 antes 40.
Anyway i'll take a chance during next 2 levels and will probably have to face 1 or 2 caller.

Unlucky when push A-K and other have also A-K, that will bring you back to the game.
