OFC Doyles or UB - Confused

I keep reading their are more of these OFC games this month, I have read they are at UB this month and also read they are at Doyles room again. I dont quite understand the layout of this whole OFC thing and what the goal is (yea I know to win) but are we signing up at UB or Doyles or both and what is the deal, every month is this at Doyles or different sites and how many months does this go on. Keep me in the loop and I will give 4K as much support as I can, Im just confused (imagine that)

Go to the GGE Site to see the events. It's not really a monthly thing but this month there is the 3rd Dinner with Doyles event and an OFC at UB.
