Problem with start of the program

Has loadedPKR.Pressbutton " PLAY "and... " A black PKR window ". Somebody had such problem?

have you tried to launch it in low details mode?

After push the play button, a black screen appear for some time, this is normal, wait to load, then the lobby most appear.

If that dont happen contact PKR support.

if you are behind a firewall or something like that, this also happends, but after a minute or so you should get information that it was unable to connect...

you should also check out your cpu specs if you met the requirements...

I had the same problem and had to run it as an administrator..... with all other programs closed until the site was fully opened, then i could open whatever i wanted.

it runs slow for me too. i have to basically have just that site open and maybe one other. merge seems to drain the computer.
