pkr just crashes?

well, i tried it for some free bonuses i got, I have a good fast computer, but the software just crashesd everytime on boot up - I think ive heard lots of people get this problem - if my computer si fast, then whos computer does it work on??

When you open the software, click on "play in low detail", then when enter to the lobby, go to options and turn off all the voices and actions emoticons.

If then the software runs fine, your pc is not so fast as you think.

If keep crashing, then can be your firewall that is blocking the software, or, maybe you have a fast pc, but not a fast internet connection.

I play in "low detail" with the voices and actions "on", and with 1 game only running, and never get crash.

If i play more than 1 game at the time then yes it crash, and if i have another software running at the same time or i am searching in a browser at the same time, or have music running in the pc, yes i know is going to crash.

For me, if going to play there i know that need to play only there and not to do another thing in the pc to can run fine.

it crashed was soon as i clicked low detail or high detail i think - cant remember was a month or teo ago, but i didnt ever make it to the lobby... Would think they would make their software run easier

I never have a problem with it. Try reinstalling it or look to see if you have a missing Bios patch. That will stop it also

When I joined PKR a few months ago, I had similar problems.
On the PKR website I contacted the support team and after a very helpful 10 minutes had everything sorted.

In my case it was a graphics issue, I needed the latest driver.
Haven't had any problems since

i've never had this problem but pkr is a very big game for computer ... this problems are probably normal

i think thats most likely the case - might try reinstall it and get support, dunno though got a couple of poker rooms on my computer already, dont think i need anymore
