PKR refresh rate problem

HELP! i have win xp and nvidia geforce 7 series with latest drivers and i still have that problem that when i go full screen and higher resolutions refresh rate drops to 60 hz that is eye killer-. I did used reforce tweaker to override it and when it works well on other programs the pkr crashes with "D3D error".

Did u have same problem and how did u dealt it?

Your graphics card may not help if your processor is sluggish.

I'm on a dual core vista pc, but it doesn't have a decent grahics card, just an onboard crappy one, and pkr works like a dream for me. Never disconnects. So I imagine processing speed is much more important than graphics ability. Your net connection will have more to do with it also. I'm on 8mb/1mb

My video card is ok, geforce 7 series and i have athlon dual x2, its ok but there is refresh rate problem, somehow pkr on full screen does switch monitor refresh rate back to default 60 hz...
