Pkr.com Connection Problems

I've been playing at PKR.com for almost a year, but the last couple of months their server has been completely hopeless. I'm only playing multi table tournaments and it happens again and again, that everyone gets disconnected in turns and then it's just a matter of, who gets to play their great hands and who don't, but you can forget all about getting your money back no matter how many times you've been disconnected during a single tournament. Gamefairness is clearly a city in Russia to them. I told them, how I feel about the way they're running their business and then they closed my account and have refused to cashout my bankroll ever since. I've written to them a whole bunch of times, but they just ignore me, so now I have no choice, but to tell the world the truth about them. I've been playing at many different pokersites. Partypoker, Pokerstars, Ladbrokes, just to name a few and I can recommend them all, but PKR is by far the biggest joke on the internet and I won't even recommend them to my worst enemy.

well that is a shame you dont read their own forums and see how they are upgrading and yesterday or the day before just had a maintance work done.

you aprently are not a patient person and from your ramblings I can see why they would close your account, maybe you didnt read the TOS ?

also, its a new site, and were getting players much faster then they expected
you would know this if you went to there site.

also, why wouldnt u post this in the PKR section of THIS forum ?

they have the right to close u out and you have the right to post your views about it

Yeah, well I think everyone who consider it as fair, that they refuse to cashout your bankroll, just because they're a new site should join them. What kind of an excuse is that?. The most hilarious part of your reply is that you by mistake wrote we instead of they at one point and that your profile picture is from their site. If you ask me, you're not neutral at all, but either from the PKR support department or sent by them to pretend, that you're a very, very happy customer. What a joke.

I can only add to this that PKR have been in my experience one of the fastest and most reliable payers I've come across in the industry to date.

As far is I can see you've posted the same negative across several forum sites -

as a general note applying to alot of sites - not getting a refund on a specific tournament crashing is not unusual

as for ignoring players / people they deal with - again my experience they dont and have been very good.

I've been in this situation before with players moaning about sites or saying they dont get a cashout - 90% of the time its down to breaking the rules somewhere along the line - I'm not suggesting this but in my experience there always seems to be alot more to a situation than meets the eye.

The vast majority of players have no problem with the site - but it is thirsty on computer power etc - so not advised if you have a less than upto date PC

I dont think assistance is a PKR employee - he is on several PKR forums but I hardly think sticking up for a site the majority love and have good things to say about it makes him some sort of poodle.

I dont edit negative threads generally - but please stick to facts and maybe consider theyre may have been other reasons your account was frozen

you hit the nail on the head - this player had multiple accounts here at PKR so his account was frozen. All funds have been paid though.

What a load of.. I can see, that PKR have been sending all sorts of people out in all forums to tell lies about me in order to gain the respect, they're having such a hard time to achieve by just being a pokersite.. Why don't you just try to be honest for once?.. I think it'll work better.. The truth is that I at some point wanted to play at another site and asked PKR to delete my account and all the informations they had about me.. I thought they did, so when I came back to their site about a month later, I tried to create a new account, which was impossible.. I then wrote to them and found out, that they didn't delete my account, when I specifically asked them to do do.. Ever since they've been accusing me for having multible accounts every single time, I've complained about the way, they're doing business, even though it isn't possible to create a new account, if you already have one.. It's so fuckin' cheap and I can only consider it as lowlife to fill people up with even more lies, instead of just starting to run an honest business.. That's one thing.. Another thing is that after I started to tell about them in all forums to warn people from playing at their site, I suddenly received the withdrawal confirmation approval, I've been asking for in several weeks, but I haven't received any money at all, so that's just yet another lie.. You have to do better than this and my best advice to you is to be honest and try with just a little bit of gamefairness and stop lying, but I've told you so many times and clearly it doesn't help.. I'm truly starting to feel sorry for you..

Ass: Why on earth should I write this in their own forum?.. First of all I can't, because my account has been closed and second of all, they'll delete it as soon as they see it.. That'll just be a total waste of time..

PKR has developed, and it's rare to see disconnections nowadays! PKR is the best site out there, and NO, I'm not an PKR affiliate trying to increase their traffic.
