PKR connection prob

Well guys i dont know about you but i have an awful time staying connected to PKR. so if anyone can help let me know i am running winxp home with 512 ram and p2 processer ok.

I d/led the game a few days ago...& yes I also get disconnected:-( I think it has something to do with Tiscali. That's if you are in the UK of course like me. It's a shame cause I love the game and I'm dying to make a deposit.
