My PKR. report.

i joined there last september 2 be honest i wanted in on the beta tests but had a sad pc an couldnt get in even though i was aloud to beta,it was the only site that well blew me away grapihic wise..

so september joined but never played much there because freinds would wanna drag me back to carbon,pdc. so i dropped the bomb on em and told my m8s im deleting carbon of my pc,and did,so i could really just focus on 2 things at pkr, well i started playing the 5 buck freerolls 1 month hard out on em.. profit 69cents LMAO time VS money well i had a good time as for money well...69 cent pffft.. but i tell ya it was the most respected money i ever made..

i took it to ring tables finally deciding it time to make or break,my 1st hand JJ i won,2nd hand AA i won that as well then i left just b4 the bbz came back to me..

they have $1.10 sngs at pkr and won the 1st sng 2nd in the 2nd sng and pretty much decided to just sit in sng's until bank roll management rules would let me move up levels.. i then started to play some low level mtt's $1.10 for 400 gareenteed mtt's placed in a couple before winning $100 from the 4oo garn in the meantime i always play sng's i never play ring there just when i had to,because everyone is after points and it can get really crazy with all in's..

so i moved up lvls playing $10 buy in mtts because well it was ok by now and also playing higher buy in sngs ive won about 78 sngs not including today lost track of placings and still have a very good bankroll but i have dropped down a lvl lately. but i can live with it.

this site has alot of work to do yet tweaking here and there many would agree and do agree with me on that. but still to me its the only site that really stands out graphics wise and as for the boards that come up which can seem unreal at the best of times it sure is less frustrating than carbon AKA Poker.com which is where i 1st started playing,ironically i have deleted pdc ,carbon from my pc i used to think it was the best site but thats because i was a newbie,and i do have many friends back at carbon in forum and on the tables that swear pdc is the bomb but still complain bout the river ..lol go figure..

so for me personally PKR.COM ROCKS!!!! over all

just a lil sumthing it was jesus ferg who i had spoken with sometime ago on a fulltilt freeroll that inspired my game to become more than it was and getting compliments after a couple of showdowns with him boosted my drive to do what he did with the 10k goal..which im still working on yup im making my way to the 50k tour so yeah people..

best advice i can give about pkr..
1:watch out for all in donks on ring tables going for points ,
2: dont fall for the rank gimmic.. top 500 etc... its better to focus on your bankroll that have a ego like some saying ''whats your rank?'' your nothing..etc some get like that...big heads lol.. im not saying this as a hater i do ok.
3:and pick your battles wisely because the boards can be relentless... best of luck to you all. oh and my user name there is not the same as here sorry... /bring it on!!

a few months ago i pmmed scrawnybob and said it is the worst site ever! you probably know how it is, going from the "circle" round "tables" that i used to play on all other sites. since then, i designed my character on pkr, watched some games there and boom! suddenly it's my favorite site for sng's (haven't played mtt's there yet). i realy can feel better the players and the game and often dont get wrong at making my notes...
so my advice for all of you who can play there- try it, design "yourself" and get to the tables... you can't get more realistic experience elsewhere. and above all - good luck!

great report AotearoaNZ - it's really nice to get this kind of lengthy feedback on a site from members

I have in fairness always raved about PKR because I genuinely think they have the best 3D poker site - by a million miles

It has grown and grown a testiment to the fact that it isnt just a fancy looking site with cool graphics that people grow bored of - it is a great site from all angles

I think PKR offers so much to all players - it's unfortunate that they didnt initially launch it to the US and then the UIGEA came along - but I have no doubt in 2-3 years this will have changed

alot of people were convinced 3D poker wouldnt work for real money games and would remain something of a novelty and something for play money - It has exceeded everyones expectations and PKR has led the way, all the way and will I think continue to (the others just arent a patch on it)

with the amount of games including real money guaranteed tournaments, player numbers (they now have hit over 10,000+ peak daily players) with 1 million registered players - they are set to grow and grow

for all non US players PKR is quite simply a site that offers pretty much something / alot for everyone

we will be playing games at PKR in our Euro leagues on a monthly basis - check it out for free in our freerolls and the bonuses are pretty easy to clear too
