Default Everest Poker

I have shopped around a ton for free poker websites that allow US players and
Everest poker was one of my worst experiences. It was loaded with some kind of stupid annoying spyware which my computer picked up on, and though it could have been a false positive why take the risk.
My Poker WebSite Rankings

1. CAKE
2. ULTIMATE BET
3. POKERSTARS
4. FULL TILT
5. BUGSYS CLUB

Default Everest Poker and other sites

hi

I dont think Everest Poker is open to US players - well certainly not on real money tables

of your other poker sites open to US players ...

1. CAKE POKER - Good medium sized site

2. ULTIMATE BET - Medium sized site although current issues of staff security (NioNio) and poor affiliate support we dont currently recommend it much as we used to.

3. POKERSTARS - Biggest Poker Site online

4. FULL TILT - 2nd biggest poker site online

5. BUGSYS CLUB - small network (smaller than Merge Network so not one we are reviewing)

just my thoughts (links to our reviews above)

cheers scrawnybob

Default US Players

Yeah,
I thought I saw a link that quoted Everest as allowing US players. I am moving Pokerstars way down on my list because while it seems fairly easy to qualify in 12k person freerolls, the small cash tables and cheaper long distance money tournaments and especially 1.10 SNG's just seem to be a joke. I had qualified for 4 second round tickets in only one month by playing the super tightest tight possible. I didn't go all in once until the third hour....With a ton of "loose and lucky" players. After about 6 months of continuous play there I feel as if a possible trips/flush/straight/full house falls/once out of every two deals. Not to mention the mount of times that safe betting on top pair with high kickers loses to trips with absolutely no combo hand IE suited or straighted. Its almost like going to the dentist. Losing a significant amount of hands when ahead 90% or more on the turn. Sure this can happen a lot in HOLD'EM in general, but it seems amongst the various other places I have played in freerolls that poeple only trip on the monster about 1/4 the amount of times as on PS. I've seen lots of poeple complain about these things and laughed it off, but when its consistently happening for months in a row its not just the cards Anyways thanks for the good reference I have enjoyed playing on CARBON poker more and more, and though it seems the freeroll structure is not great for those of us with full time day jobs, its very slick.
