Thread: Withdrawing Transferred Funds PStars

    Default Withdrawing Transferred Funds PStars

    Hello,
I've been playing on Pstars for 3 years. I recently have been transferred $1,700 and tried to withdraw it. I fully understand the reasons why I am not allowed to and have obliged with Pstars requests. So my question for ya'll is: How long do I have to play before I CAN withdraw the funds? Do I have to build up a certain amount of FPP? Do I have to make a certain amount of money? Any input is appreciated.

have you ever deposited???...if not that may be all you have to do...you may also have to earn a certain amount of FPPs....would be quicker for you to read pokerstars terms and conditions...than to wait for a for sure answer here

Yes I have made multiple deposits with account that received transfer. I have also looked under their terms of agreement but there has been no specifications. I am looking for someone who has been through what I have and can tell me what to expect. I am dealing with Pstars and eventually expect an answer to this question, but they take 12-30 hours to respond to one email and I have been jumping through hoops to get my funds back on its account. I haven't had a chance to ask them this question yet. Am looking for a quick solution on this forum. Thanks again everyone!

No, pokerstars answers e-mail in a matter of hours (sometimes a few minutes) so my guess is you didn't Just e-mailed them a couple hours ago. Anyway, just open a couple of 25NL tables and play with some money ( lose a few blinds) . Also let some days pass ..

Thanks a lot. I hope you are right. Also... I have been dealing with Pstars support and verification for 4 days now. I check my email every hour and answer their email right away and I wait 12-30 hours for a response. Why lie about that?

You haven't stated why you're unable to withdraw the funds... only saying that you understand why you can't... but we don't... so why not elaborate?
Only times I've ever heard of anyone not being able to withdraw funds is >> they've accepted a 'sign-up bonus' offer and haven't cleared it yet..... or they've never deposited and the site requires that they do so first.

Tough to answer your question when I'm not even sure what the question is???

Obviously (or so I thought) the reason why I am not allowed to withdraw is because the funds I am trying to withdraw was transferred to me. ... ... ... Or was that not clear???

This is not always true. I have had Stars take as much as 48 hours to respond to an email.

i have made transfers to players who later withdrew the money from their accounts... so 'no' ... it is not totally obvious why. Have you ever deposited on the site yourself OR has the person who sent you the money?
