why does everyone hate PokerStars

Honestly I was playing at PokerStars on the play money tables and I went all in with 72 os (best hand in poker) and this guy called me with AA. Can you believe it AA what was he thinking anyway he only went and won That PokerStars is rigged

For anyone who thinks I'm serious I'm not But how many PokerStars is rigged threads do we have to get? I'm sure that there is a plan out there by someone to try and discredit them. I'm not a huge fan of PokerStars at the moment but for heavens sake they are no worse than anyone else. Only last night playing the FullTilt HORSE game in the Stud leg I get rolled up Q's this happens so rarely that I'm quite confident and being short stacked I decide to bet as hard as I can. I end up all in only to find that another player had been given 3 K's in the first 4 cards. Annoyed at the time and feel like I have been done down by Fulltilt (as usual) but I don't run round posting on every forum I can find the damn place is rigged (only this one ).

So a message to the "PokerStars is rigged posters" if you think this is true STOP PLAYING THERE!!!

Well, my MAIN reason not to like PokerStars is that Tournaments over there tend to be a little too crowded for me. I mean, they have $50 freerolls with over 10,000 players. It takes an eternity when they do it with, let's say, pot-limit Omaha.

Yeah but just because they are popular that is no reason to dislike them. Freerolls are available at other sites.

Buy in games at PokerStars are also huge but if you decide to play in them you know this and have made the commitment. The longest I have played in a tournament at Stars is about 8 1/2 hours and made the final table but the reward was worth it

Stars are running depositor freerolls at the moment deposit a small amount and get into several $2,500 games a day sounds like a reason to like them to me

I understand and I'm pretty sure why they "hate" but my opinion might be too rough to handle
Also how the hell do I qualify in one of the 25k's? Yesterday I was in the top 100 for like 2hrs and then KK < AA and out in 536th. fml

I know, there's more to PokerStars than just $50 Freerolls. But if I'd get a penny for every time I've been around 300th - 200th place and lost with something like KK against AA... I'd have a buck or so. :P

One thing I do like, though... Is to find poker clients that almost no one knows. They host £50 freerolls with about 100 people.

I don't think it is rigged. I think their software sucks. And I win more at FT. Why that is I have not really been able to figure out but it is undoubtedly true and that is why I rarely play at stars.

I,m not a big fan of Poker Stars either.Not saying it is rigged though.I dislike the fact it is impossible for a Forum to have a private free roll without free roll whores from all over the world crashing it !! Thats okay though I just don,t bother to play their Free Rolls private or not.Also there is so many bad beats because the players are so bad they call anything and everything with 2-6 0.And there bound to hit once in awhile.

I don't think it's rigged either. Many people play at PokerStars these days. I do, however, agree with what was said last: private freerolls can be very hard to organize in face of... Private Freeroll Unwanted Players.

More people would complain pokerstars is rigged simply because more players play on there.

In my case like a previous post ever since ive played poker ive never lost money since the first month or 2 i started playing around 5 years ago....which was on William Hill then Fulltilt on pokerstars however i am struggling and again like previous post have no idea y.

Bankroll = $574.00 i must have turned over around $40.000 yep 40 thousand usd on 3.40 & 6.50 games mainly $3.40 my account is neither going up nor am i going broke only people making money on me is pokerstars on my rake.

I feel like my game is solid early doors tho my big hands seem to often get cracked by hands that arnt even worth limping in on ie i logged 6 allins recently

We split 3 3 not the worsed but not what i deserved specially when in my opinion not 1 of there hand should of been even calling allin look at my hand quality to theres. So imagine how i would come out if i was on there hands L L L L L L i should imagine

Like i say i profit i good....i lose i donkey.............turning over 40000 and going neither here nor there the longer i go the more suspicious i get.
