I hate donks!!

This happend to me earlier today I had pocket 5s witch really isnt that great of a hand but it was better than the crap I folded to. I raised with them tho and someone reraised all in and someone else called so I folded and when they showed there cards I was so pissed I coulda threw my computer the one who reraised all in had J 9 and the one who called before me had Q 5 and he won with a pair of 5s on the river. I HATE DONKS!!!!!!

I can understand being upset at losing to hands that you had beat or taking a bad beat in itself is frustrating, but can anyone explain to me why it is that some resort to name calling and this whole using "your a donk" just because you beat them with cards they felt should not have been played? Why does anyone at the table have to play the way anyone else there wants them to? Doesn't everyone get 2 cards of there own to either fold or play, and nowhere in the rules does it state you must have everyones ok at the table to call or raise ? Why do some think that they are so qualified as to be able to judge if the other guys cards should of been played or not? I find this 1 thing to be very annoying, and no one else at the tables want to hear peeps going on a rampage over losing a hand....I say remember that they play very loosly and hope to win suck outs and use that to your advantage, not cry and moan and act like a 3 yr old imho

Because they can, because it's safe no one can hit them in the face for calling them names, and because a lot of them are 12 either actual age or mental age.

I am glad to see that others here feel like i do.As for the word "donk" that gets thrown around so very easily in online rooms and forums, i once heard, and please tell me if i am wrong, but that the way the word came into being was that some of the pro's would call themselves donks if they made a call or play that caused them a really bad outcome and the play was questionable to begin with,they never called other peoples play or style names because most of them had more class then that!!

I never reply to chat except at 4kp games but do monitor it as it can give you tells to some players. You have to be careful though. Also sometimes if you get a couple of players having a go at each other it can be funny and relieve the bordom in long tournements.

I fukin hate donks too i was playing a tourny and was doin rele well it was close 2 the bubble untill a donk raised wiv k 9 os and I called wiv q q and another player called in the small blind. The action was on the player in the small blind and he decided 2 donk bet in2 the flop. Flop was j 8 8 the donkey guy re-raised wiv k 9 and i then re-raised all in wiv my queens he called the bet and then hits his fukin king on the river what fukin donkey dus that wiv k 9 on the flop. He shud b banned from poker I hope he looses all his money in the long run.
