I play heads up for fun and it is mainly superturbo with 1m levels. They are very quick and the match after 5 minutes is over. I always start with the buy in 1.10$ and when I have 2 buyins for higher level then I start to climb up.
The best series of winning I had was 8, but I lost 5 games in a row too. I have heard about a player who won 26 games in a row- seems to be available.
Heads up is I like chess. I don't play on more then 1 table in one moment. I see people playing very bad with 4-8 tables open.
I remember a match where I had only 20 chips(1500 starting chips) and I easely killed my opponent. He was frustrated after it and lost 2 more games with me after it.
1/ I create my system of play against each of my opponents. I have several matches against every player and a good number of hands in my history.
2/ I think that the most loosing hands are AKo, AQo.
    3/ Of course AA. Slowplayed.
4/ I am playing from each position.
5/ Of course, range of hands is bigger then in full ring.

I will notice patterns early. One ploy many players use is I would LIMP IN(Just call) and they re-raise every single time.So i still continue to Limp because I,m waiting for a big hand.I luv to trap these players,But sometimes a re-raise and they fold so I just call.I will let then bet again and again and just call. Then on the River I will finally Re-raise Big and they usually will be unwilling to fold there hand and I will cripple them.It takes the aggression out of there game from there on in most cases. Then i switch gears to aggro mode.
