PLO and PLO hi/lo

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone might now of, or can recommend a good book or reference on omaha strategy.. I have actually started playing alot more PLO8 over holdem, and have had alot more success, but feel that their is something that I am missing, like when to fold on flop etc, premium starting hands, and which stakes are the best to play, and the best of all FISH FACTOR,

There are a lot of topics in the Omaha, Stud, Draw & Badugi Board

I' think the best place to play Omaha (hi/lo) is on PokerStars for American friendly.
avoid smaller sites as they generally have some good players that prey on the weak, while sites like PokerStars and FullTilt are plenty large enough for fish to spawn regularly.

For Non American, PKR is by far the best place and nothing comes close eZ money
