Doyles withdrawal

Being a U.S. Player, withdrawals are always iffy. Decided to do a wd from the new Doyle's. Fingers-crossed.

After talking to their online support,
-they assured me that I can wd without having made a deposit
-that I can't prevalidate my account
-that I will be informed if any ID is needed when I request the wd.
-that my cashout button is now activated and I have to log out and back on again. (why did I even have to ask?)

Today requested a wd of most of my funds there. You can't do cents, so I left a few dollars. Probably bring it to ring just for fun.
-got a message that my wd was confirmed.
-got an email that the funds would be sent to the address I used when I signed up to Doyles. (Even tho they had an address screen as part of the wd process.)
-Hopped onto chat again to verify that the address was correct. It was.

I really don't think Doyles is going down anytime soon Playful, when i cashed out my big win there i had it within 48 hrs no problems and no sweat!

I don,t like the new Doyles Site and i couldn,t see any Private games there so I withdrew everything but 62 cents and had it in 48 hrs but Moneybookers has always been good at most sites.

Got an email cancelling my withdrawal until my account is "certified" meaning I have to send drivers license and utility bill.

Why couldn't they just pre-certify like I asked them...Oh I know-they keep my $ longer.

Sent what they asked for. Clock still ticking.

just to let you know that I had some funds I'd left on the old DoylesRoom and after upgrading to the new version and then putting in a withdrawal request it was in one of my ewallet accounts within a couple of days

as I said previously I dont think anyone needs to worry about funds there - or make everyone else paranoid the sky is falling in

I definately think from a player POV the site will start looking and playing alot better fairly soon too
