    Default online pokerstars

    I want to play online pokerstars

    I live in california and the gambling age for casino is 21
    Indian casino is 18

    I dont know about online gambling though
    I am 19 years old turning 20 soon. was wondering if im allowed to play online pokerstars?

    I think their rules go by whatever your state says

    To the original poster: Pokerstars has no way of knowing if you are complying with your local laws, and therefore, your call dude. If you win a million dollars, you might have trouble then. But, I would say, have at it.

    Online games might not be affected by any rules of any state not unless specified upon by the game provider. But if you have really doubts about it. then you can ask customer service about it. Though as of the moment, just play some small games while waiting for the answers from the Customer Service. I few bucks of winning will not be a big deal for now.

    I read the post above but to orig. poster here, I've honestly NEVER heard of there EVER being a problem with playing on Stars or FTP as long as you are min. 18yrs.

    I thought it was 18 and didnt think it mattered what the states age limit is since online poker is legal in the US lol.
