My New Poker Addiction!!

I have recently found the joys of playing in heads-up games. I currently play in the $5 games on pokerstars as i am really busy atm and entered one just to fulfil my poker urge. I dont have much time to play MTTs or stay very long at the cash games as I have a ton of work on for uni so when I need my poker fix I sign up for a heads up game.

I have played like about 10games so far and have only lost like 1 or 2. People seem to get get bored and wonder why i dont call there constant all-ins. It seems to me some people just play it for the gamble and are willing to risk all their chips on crappy hands and would be happier at the craps table. Oh well I am willing to take their money if they feel like that.

Yes, Heads up games are the perfect way to get a pretty quick poker fix! That is the way I got back to playing online poker. I do have time to play the ring games but also like the heads up games. I did not not play many but i think I may start. I am currently 3 for 3 and think i'm going to start playing more often.

I guess thats one area I keep forgetting about--will have to give that aspect a go. In fact its been a long time since Ive played in a STT. 90%MTT 10% ring

Love the heads-up game. Quick. And I love the people who watch it on TV and think you need to raise no matter what you have in your hand because that is what the Pros do.

to many all in's in the freerolls I think they just go for it because it free.not much fun. good cards to all

I agree. Another thing why I'm not into NL holdem too much. Hate those assholes whose only strategy is to go all in

yeah but there isnt many freeroll heads up games around which is why it suits me just fine, becasue they can go all in every hand and i will fold and wiat for the monster coz the blinds only go up every 10mins like reg games so youhave time wait for good hands
