Hi

What are the big poker books to look out for, the ones that most believe are beneficial ???
Also if anyone knows where to get these as cheap as chips it would be much appreciated.

Super System 1/2 are great books, but are bit more focused on cash game side and are not just limited to hold 'em, but the advice etc in these books can be applied to tournements as well. Since reading this my poker has improved immensely. Also it is written by the best players in the world.

Harrington on Hold 'Em is also a great trio of books, which focus on tournement play and breaks every little thing down and analyses it and how it affects everything. Again written by one of the world's best, who is up in the top 10 of tournement cashes.

For live play Mike Caro's Book of Tells is an absolute must, it amazed me how true the things said is this book are the majority of the time.

they are the 3 best ones that i have read/in the process of reading or use on to brush up. But there are others out there, my friend swears by Game Threory and reads up on that, and he loves all Slanskys books as well!!
