do you show your bluffs?

I've seen sometimes is a good idea to show your bluffes because later in game you could fool the oponents (especially the same person you bluffed before) by making the same amout of bets, into thinking you are going to bluff again, but being sure you have a better hand this time.
I've met some doing this quite successfully.

I show my bluffs if I haven't caught cards in a while. That way when I finally do catch cards I get lots of action.

I show my bluffs, but generally in two situations.

1) Its early on in the game, nobody has a huge chip lead and everybody is trying to figure each other out.

2) I want to rub it in, if its 2 really poor cards.
