Whats the best way to play AA with 4 players in the hand you got the button???

the best way to play pocket aces with 4 players in and you on the button ...

is to not have 4 players in the hand

by the flop (ie. get rid of 3 players and only be heads up for his all-in preflop)

if youve got 4 players in the pot already and you get AA on the button this is perfect for you - make a big raise which you feel will be sufficient to -

a) get 3 of them to fold

b) get the 4th player to re raise

once he makes the raise you know he will end up calling your all-in if he is reasonably committed as he most likely has

a) a pocket pair

b) doesnt think you have a big hand and are just stealing

the crucial thing is judging how big the bet needs to be to put off 3 players but force the 4th player to make a re-raise

this is in an ideal world - personally I would much rather achieve getting rid of 3 players and facing one - than find 2 people have called the raise and are in the hand
