HI i have been a member of partypoker for several years now and for some reason when i try to log in i am getting a message that i am not recognised.also when i try to reset my password (as suggested by pp) my screen name account name and email addy comes up with the message not on our database???.any ideas would be much appreciated

I have no idea why but if I was you, I would have email their support to try to resolve this so go for it

ive had similar problems before, almost all the sites has these 24/7 support so mail them and they will help u as soon as possible.

Yeah just call them or email them. PartyPoker's customer service isn't horrible, it should get the job done.

I have an account on PartyPoker but I've never had that problem.

to The Guys Who Tried To Help Me Thankyou.to Refresh ,i Could Not Log On To Party Poker As I No Longer Existed On The Database????.well Party Poker Help Was Completely Useless All I Had Was An Email Telling Me To Visit The Help Page Despite Trying Various Departments I Got The Same Email

And Had Tried Allthat It Suggested Prior To Sending The First Email To Pp.anyway To Cut A Long Story Short The Problem Is Not With Pp At All But With My Computer I Have Somehow Contracted The Vundo Trojan Virus So Be Warned All Of You Who Love Online Poker.beware What You Download Get Some Antispyware Software Because Vundo Is A Right Bitch To Get Rid Of I Have Been Trying For Over A Week And It Keeps Coming Back!!!
