I was playing in a 3/.30 ko on FT 90 players last night.........I was in 5th seat blinds were 400/800 i had to go to Bathroom so I say to wife play this hand for me Im only playing big Pairs Ak etc..lol (BTW I was above the chip average)so i come back and she say I just called a 1600 raise....u have aj....i look she was 1st in pot for 800 all folds till BB he raises 1600 OK she called No biggie play the hand........flop comes ace 7 2 rainbow so i bet 1400 little more than 1/2 pot BB calls k comes on turn ibet 2000 bb smooth calls again....5 comes on riv...i check thinking hes got ak maybe a set of kings not really sure but im thinkng, dont bust out with a pr of aces close to the money.........plus this guy has beenloose all night raising fom front with jq, kj, etc....so he bets 1200 on river I think 1200 not gonna bring me below ave stack so I just call....he show pkt 10's i win.....he starts rantingand raving tping all types of obsenities at me telling me I am a donk get a book typing inthis crap(sdfghjklwd,emfc hdjkrc jfv,woiueycvbhfjnewcdhjdhbjqnwedvfbjndkcj) for 10 minutes...then fufufufufufufufufufu for another 5 so I say to the table do ya think hes on tilt lol....anyway my question is, should I engage this person in conversation...I said to him after he asked how I could make that call etc....u didnt bet enough to tell me u had a set, i actually put em on kk with a 1200 bet...should I have bet more in beginng, more than pot etc....????just posting....I have actllay started winning and placing in the money more taking the adviceof the people on this site so thanks for the input...look forward to seein y'all at the tables.....BTW i came in 1st and had 6 knockouts...........lol so in my mind that justified my play against the raver lol

his bet on the river was super weak, i dont know how did he call u when the boards shown two higher cards. I really dont care what donks tell me, theres a button where u can silent him and thats all.

Also he only raised twice the big blind before the flop, which was weak too.
I think your thougths on the hand were correct, i think i would have raised before the flop though, because by calling u are giving him the betting lead over the hand.

the guy obviously is tryin to confuse you so that he can recoup those chips he lost.......i find that when im playin and that happens ill either jus not talk to him period or mute him.........i wont stoop to his level!

The mute button works well for people like that. I dont even respond to that kind of banter. He shouldnt have been betting so weak with pocket 10's anyhow. It was well played on your part.
